If you are purchasing from the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — without giving any reason.
Once you notify us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund under your cancellation right:

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Return Shipping

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
